Job Context:
∎ Addressing strategic business objectives of Crony Group of Companies through proactive recruitment policies.
∎ Developing and ensuring a comprehensive talent management strategy, including initiatives to build cadre skills and capabilities across the organization.
∎ Building Employee Engagement by devising innovative initiatives and also ensuring focused attention in the timely resolution of employee grievances and issues within the organization.
∎ Planning and implementing recruitment programs as per manpower planning done by the organization.
∎ Conducting the market study, talent mapping, candidate validation, and managing the interview process and resignation for successful closure of a position.
∎ Managing end-to-end recruitment for management positions of the organization for all locations through internal/external sources of recruitment.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulates the recruitment philosophy of the organization in terms of the kind of talent to be attracted and selection procedures to be adopted.
∎ Plans and develops progressive recruitment practices in accordance with the changing nature of the business of Crony Group of Companies and prevailing employment market conditions.
∎ Plans and executes strategic recruitment actions aimed at maximizing position incumbent fit through development of selection tools such as competency-based recruitment tools.
∎ Ensures effective coordination with other department counterparts for finalization of manpower requirements by position, job specifications, recruitment schedules, compensation options and selection procedures for department positions.
∎ Implements recruitment forms and formats to enhance the administrative ease of recruitment procedures in coordination with the concerned team.
∎ Ensures development and management of a talent database and a database of placement agencies to assist the talent acquisition efforts.
∎ Utilizes search engines, recruitment portals, and social networking sites for identifying the right candidates for the organization.
∎ Prepares recruitment advertisements and gets them published in local/ national newspapers and employment bulletins.
∎ Schedules Interviews in consultation with Departments Heads/Managers under the guidance of Reporting Head.
∎ Conducts employment discussions, negotiations, joining terms, etc. with the candidate on selection.
∎ Creates a robust talent pool of future leaders of the organization as part of the overall corporate succession planning strategy.
∎ Creates a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy for Crony Group of Companies and helps in the evaluation of efficient surveys.
∎ Oversees the maintenance of all mandatory documents and records related to Statutory compliance and policy documentation and employee database and files.
∎ Prepares and submits relevant reports to the GM-HAC/CHRO for decision making purposes.
∎ Ensures reference checks for candidates, to whom job offers will be made eventually, under the guidance and supervision of Reporting Head.
∎ Ensures updating information on new recruits in the employee database and maintains records of all documents in the personnel file.
∎ Designs and ensures implementation of policies relating to exit interviews & processing of handover & full & final settlement.
