∎ Conducts TNA (Training Need Assessment) across the group
∎ Prepares yearly training plan
∎ Prepares training budget
∎ Prepares training modules, Facilitates Training
∎ Prepares report related to training ROI
∎ Organizes and coordinates training programs
∎ Other relevant activities related to people development across all SBUs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Good in Business Communication
∎ Presentation skill
∎ Planning & Organizing

Salary: Negotiable
