∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Skills Required: General HR, HR Admin, Management and Leadership, Microsoft Word, Report Writing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administrative Management, HR Operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning HR and administration activities annually
∎ Setting, monitoring, and achieving HR targets
∎ Managing recruitment, on boarding, and exit procedures
∎ Overseeing the payroll function
∎ Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
∎ Managing employee relations
∎ Running the office and facilities management functions
∎ Leading the HR and administration team

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Maintaining and managing attendance, leave etc. of the Sales & Marketing Team all over the country.
∎ Maintaining Field Force Tracker and tour program etc. of the Sales & Marketing Team.
∎ Managing branding related tasks, promotional related tasks etc.
∎ Handling Dealers foreign tour as & when required by the company, Dealers conference related works etc.
∎ Administering safety, security, hygiene of the environment of the office premises.
∎ Drafting different types of letters.
∎ Must be good at speaking and writing in English.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
