Educational Requirements:
∎ Professional qualification in Human Resources Management or Human resources degree from a recognized university or institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To recommend specific HR policies in the company, consistent with the group policies and standards set for people management, compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee development and training, etc.
∎ To ensure HR policy compliance within the company is in line with group polices.
∎ HR Administration
∎ To provide employee development and support to Company Management:
∎ Provide HR competencies and support to the development and delivery of training programs by assisting HOD’s to identify competency gaps.
∎ Provide HR processes, competencies and support for career planning, succession planning and performance management consistent with group standards.
∎ Support department heads in conducting performance appraisals consistent with policies and standards set by the group.
∎ To provide organizational development competencies and support to management.
∎ Ensure the execution of organizational change initiatives within the company, including roles and structure, business processes, measures and incentives, people competencies and culture.
∎ To recommend appropriate Human Resources policies and strategies ensuring objectivity and transparency.
∎ To be responsible for recruitment and selection process in compliance with group policies to fulfill the manpower requirements in the best suitable manner.
∎ HR Administration
∎ Adhere to all HR policies and procedures laid down by Hayleys and Hayleys Advantis and monitor and drive all HR service KPI’s internally in order to support the operation without any interruptions.
∎ Training & Development
∎ Facilitate the Learning & Development process while attending to the below tasks in order to make sure the learning & growth of the people effectively reviewed and executed as per the strategic HR plan.
∎ Assist all HOD’s & collate all Learning Need Identifications carried out by the HOD’s.
∎ Preperation of annual Learning Calender .
∎ Facilitate to Conduct training needs analysis to identify competency gaps and areas of development for staff.
∎ Facilitate to draw the training plan.
∎ Facilitate all orientation, internal training sessions & knowledge sharing sessions while getting involved in design and content development of the said programs & brochures.
∎ Facilitate all external training sessions, finding related and required programmes independently and coordinate all training sessions from the registration of the participants up to the payment of the session fee.
∎ Update the training database & share with HOD’s.
∎ Carry out all the pre-training, post training assessments & coordinates with the functional heads for all Training Effectiveness Reports.
∎ Facilitate to evaluate training proposals sent by the trainers.
∎ Employee Relations
∎ Facilitate the annual Employee Satisfaction Survey by providing the entire process in order to get a clear idea of the satisfaction level during the past year and to see the overall trend.
∎ Propose for any improvement in the Survey
∎ Facilitate communication
∎ Administer the application process
∎ Evaluate, Analyse and present the report.
∎ Facilitate to execute the action plan derived based on the low scoring areas from the EOS report.
∎ PMS & HRIS
∎ Administer & monitor the propoer implementation of the HRIS and Online PMS
∎ Setting up of the annual PMS & completion of the company goal setting
∎ Housekeeping the Syetem
∎ Update the system; new recruits & other change of details
∎ Carryout regular training on the System for new & existing staff
∎ Monitor & report the progress of the goal setting & quarter evaluations & follow up on incomplete tasks
∎ Employee Development & Career Planning
∎ Coordinates the Internships programs at AFZ in order to make sure the set standards are being followed by both AFZ staff & the interns
∎ Coordinates & corresponds with the educational institutes from the selection of interns up until the completion of the program.
∎ Facilitate to set up the internship training plan & the inauguration sessions
∎ Facilitate the entire documentation procedure starting from the intern policy up to the completion of the final feedback form from the interns
∎ Facilitate intern reviews & presentations
∎ Facilitate staff reviews on the ongoing internship programs
∎ Evaluate the overall feedbacks of the past programs and propose further improvement steps, which would be beneficial to both the students & the company.
∎ Internal Communication
∎ Operationally involving in communicating all laid down HR policies and procedures.
∎ Responsible for all security related activities and acting as the main contact point with related to all security aspects.
∎ Ensure peoper/adequtate security personeel are available at all facilities at any given time in order to maintain overall security of the facility.
∎ Responsible to maintain higest standards of security standards at all times with appropriatre resources in coordination with ADV security division and all security service providers.
∎ Attend to security related matters by ensuring the security procedures are followed, daily reviews, conducting monthly security meetings, coordinating with group security manager there-by safeguarding assets of the organization.
∎ Responsible for maintain CCTV system and make neccesary reccomendations based on daily and monthly CCTV observation reports by CCTV operators.
∎ Ensure all CCTV’s are in operation in order to maintain highest security standards and also to ensure any footage is available at any given time, if a necesity arises.
∎ Responsible for all admnistration activities in coordination with all functions thorugh Ex maintanance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional qualification in Human Resources Management or Human resources degree from a recognized university or institution.
∎ Minimum 5 year work experience in managing overall HR Functions or in a similar capacity
∎ Strong interpersonal, Communication skills and multitasking ability.
∎ Should possess good IT skills and ability to work on MS office packages
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality
